Looking at creating a R22 syndicate in Buckinghamshire, help required.

Hi,

I have a PPL (H) R22 rating for over 10years.

I live in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and would live some help and advice on TWO things -

1, the up's and down's of running a helicopter syndicate ?
2, the running costs we should expect with an R22 ?

Any help and advice on both or either questions would be a great help.
