I have heard around £40-50k for a R44 Raven/Clipper 2 but obviously it depends on demand and supply.
I am no expert but I have been keeping an eye on controller.com and a few others as we need to decide to rebuild/replace/rent next year. Most I have seen are R2s advertised for around £45k.
I would have guessed £30-35k for a Raven 1 but obviously it depends on sellers motivation.
There's been a Raven 1 on eBay for sale for ages at just above £100k - with some time left.
Have you considered calling some of the more helpful dealers such as FlyQ or Sloanes?
