I was probably one of the last people to see the aircraft as I lifted the wreckage out of the river with a 350B.

Possibly the worst accident I have seen involving a 206.
Tracing back through available data there is a picture when it was ZK-HYI.
From fading memory I would say it is pretty close to when it was VH-GEO.
