Watch Live drone now

Looks like a drone in use in nz for world cup cricket coverage.
The coverage will be on for another hour or so.
Pictures look great.

Are you referring to the aerial shots from outside the stadium, or the ones from inside it?

If it's the ones from inside, I think that's the Spider Cam system rather than a drone.

No drone for the Sydney match, instead a good use of a heli cruising the bay and covering lots of ground and promoting Sydney

Yeah, cool. At one point they were filming the drone. It looked like something out of The Matrix.

There was a drone for sydnney msrch they launched it after my last post.
The wide shot toward the end of the match was taken perhaps 500 meters horizontally from the edge of the stadium.
Whilst it makes sense not to hover directly above people these craft have been known to crash with a partially powered, erratic horizontal component to their demise.
