Dennis was the no.2 pilot on set flying an AH-6 in the footage you see in the film. Bob Z? was lead. If you skip straight through to 25:40 in this interview Dennis talks about it and shares two quick stories from the filming. I get the impression he still has a bunch more stories about it.
If you enjoy his flying and want to offer anything back - Dennis manages a pilot scholarship in the UK and would welcome any support for that. "So you think you can fly" reality TV series with Dennis as one of the judges... would be awesome!

It was a great privilege to fly alongside Dennis in what also turned out to be my last big movie; Black Hawk Down. He's one of the most self-effacing aviators I know, but the best fun was hanging out with him in the background as he commented on the antics of others. "Laconic" doesn't even cover it. We giggled like kids for days and I still have tears of mirth at his one-liners.
Den, it is an inspiration to us all that you've discarded the concept of age.
