Extra training, courses, tickets etc
I'm setting out on the road to look for a job in about 12 months time. As a new CPL holder I don't have much that would set me apart from the pack other than a 206 endorsement on top of my 22 and 44 endorsements. Can anyone suggest any extra training, courses, licences, tickets, workshops, endorsements, ratings and so forth that might help my odds of employment?

Which part of the world are you?
If you are in the UK (or, arguably, the rest of Europe), you will require either an FI(H) or IR(H) rating to stand a reasonable chance of a job.
(High risk/high returns vs lower risk/lower returns).
