Is there anyone here who has some reliable experience working with this company in sweden. Specifically work rosters, pay and conditions, general condition of the company. If so please pm me. Many thanks.

Norrlandsflyg as a company does not exist any more, it was bought by the Swedish Maritime Administration to take over its SAR service.

There is a company called Norrlandsflyg ambulans in Gothenburg doing HEMS. It is another company, have really nothing to do with old Norrlandsflyg.
