US EMS Jobs - Please!
I am looking to expand my HEMS/EMS experience and wonder if there are any temporary opportunities for Explorer pilots in the EMS role in the USA.

Hello Mate!
I looked into this and even contacted a few EMS outfits across the pond. (Lots of jobs advertised on justhelicopters.com).
The trouble is that they won't look at you unless you have a US licence and a Green Card (Have you got those?). There is a company at Humberside Airport which will send you study materials for the computerised tests. You can also sit the tests there. Then there's the oral and flight tests.
I believe they are also into Diversity and Equality in a big way.
