EC-135p2+ increase in gross weight to 2950kg

The performance charts look the same for aircraft with or without the new lead lag dampeners, other than the gross weight was increased. My understanding is that when the AEO limit is exceeded by a few percent, an inspection of the flexbeam is required. Cracks where the flexbeam attaches to the blade, and the teflon liners where it mounts to the hub. Do the new lead lag dampeners reduce the stress on those points at higher coning angles as a result of higher gross weights? If so, why didn't the AEO limits change?
