Operator pay transition IR(A) to IR(H) ????

Hi,

do anyone knows, if operators pay transition training from IR(A) to IR(H) in the north sea area? Maybe during typrating training (10h IR training on typ)?

THX for any help!

I've no idea, but since I have IR(a) it would be amazing if they did

Why should they-if there are more than enough qualified pilots that apply already holding the IR(H)?
