Question To have practical test with float helicopter

Hello,
I'm from Japan, quite new to the forums.
Last month I got an FAA PPL(H) with R66. Now preparing for document process to get a JCAB license - PPL(H), SET, land. I've got a bit more than 100h helicopter time, including 10h of solo and 25h PIC, with several hours R44 and R66.
The next goal is to obtain SEP(land and sea) rating from JCAB.
One option is to have practical examination in Japan, but there's only one school and it seems to cost much more than 500 euro per hour, easy enough to pay round trip!

So I guess another option is to have exam with float equipment abroad, and wait for JCAB process. Using flight experience may save flight time. I'm not planning to visit USA again because a PPL holder cannot have FAA checkride again with a same category except one applies for CPL.
Does anybody have good advice for school(s), or other info.
I'm proficient enough to use the English language to pass FAA PPL, but no more. None for other languages. Providing info for radio license is also welcome. Thank you in advance.
