PPL -H flying in Abu Dhabi

Guys
Looking at a move to sunny Abu Dhabi, is there any Training or SFH to be found there ? If so any info on costs appreciated along with the usual pleasantries found on here of course ......

Highly unlikely since each private owner needs an ops manual Too much trouble!

Mmmm ...

However you can fly fixed wing if you want (and Ultra lights) ... and jump out of perfectly good aeroplanes to your hearts content ....

Hmmmm none of that gets me too excited I'm afraid but maybe a return to gyro flying if that's available.
