EASA approved IR course on Bell 429?

Does anybody know of a flight school offering initial (ME)IR course on the Bell 429?

My current company will provide the initial 429 transition training for me at BHT.Since I don`t have any other ME type ratings on my license I could save some $$$ on my IR training in Europe provided I can do the training on this helicopter as I wouldn`t need to spend the extra cash on a type rating.

Would the 429 initial pilot course at BHT in Texas be recognized by the European authorities as a type rating on my JAR license?

Anybody??

I got told that a rating done outside of easa , would need at least 100 hours on top or I would need to do the rating again
