Big Helis on the move

Over the past few weeks there seems to have been more "Big Military "
heli moves in my neck of the woods than I have ever seen before, Lots of Pumas flying in twos and three's higher than normal at about 2/4k ft along with a few rarely seen up here Types like the MH53 and the Lynx and the Chinooks, all seem to be heading North East. is this our build up against the Rooshians or just training exercises.?

Some one must know!
