Landing near Egham

We are contemplating a routine operation into a site near Egham and often at night. Spoken to NATS who say everything changes in September and this is easy to accommodate (radar moves to the tower?), although still hearing horror stories about holding for 30 mins due Heathrow traffic. Any thoughts welcome.

There's a Jetranger who regularly lands at Englefield Green which is about a mile NW of Egham so it should be no problem.
Heathrow CTR airspace classification should change from Class A to Class D in Sept.

The Runnymede park just to the north is a huge site, it can get boggy though, and the Runnymede hotel to the north of that has an unlit grass 'pad'. Not sure of land ownership/permissions for the park...
