Bristow/Nigeria

Have heard of low morale, high turnover in pilots, low serviceability rates, spare parts shortages, bad accomodation, and less than stellar management efforts to resolve the situation for Bristow/Nigeria. Also have heard reports that OLOG in the form of Air Logistics International have taken over Pan African Aviation and the CHEVRON contract at Escravos , which brought about the end of the longterm Bristow TEXACO contract. Anyone out there in Nigeria that can provide more information about this situation? Is OLOG in the process of binning Bristow and moving in with Air Log International with American pilots and engineers? How does Bristow's accident rate compare to their main competitor in Nigeria, AeroContractors (aka: Schreiners)?
