Security clearance for private flights in foreign registered aircraft??

Hi,

I am flying a EC130 on a yacht and we are off to Florida from Europe shortly and was wondering if there are any other boat pilots who have flown foreign registered machines on private ops in the USA?

I'm trying to find information on the security requirements from the home land security office. The DOT and FAA have no issues but jar a feeling it's not that easy!
Any info much appreciated.

FAA FDC Notam 3/2768.

It will drive you nuts trying to get your head around it.

TSA Waiver anyone? Scroll down to International.

The ridiculous part is what you have to comply with.

Strangely doesn't apply to Canadian, Mexican, Bahamian, Bermudan, Cayman or BVI aircraft!
