SureTrack is a pilot training program offered by Bristow Helicopters Australia, which guarantees employment within the Group on successful completion of a well-structured progression plan.
As a successful candidate you will be based at the Bristow Academy in Florida, USA for 2 years. Initially you will spend approximately your first 9 months at the Academy training before being employed by the Bristow Academy as an Instructor for the remainder of the program. On return to Australia you will study for your Australian license before commencing employment with the Bristow Group as a First Officer.
