wet rates AW139 and Bell 412

Anybody on here familiar with wet lease rates on Bell 412 and AW139 in the different markets around the globe??

My background is fixed wing (engineering and commercial) so I'm struggling a bit.....

I am working on behalf of an investor looking to invest in a helicopter operator. Carrying out the aviation related due diligence. Said operator has rotary wing aircraft on long term wet contracts in Europe, Africa, America, and Asia. Part of due diligence involves comparing market rates to what their aircraft (Bell 412 and AW139) are contracted out for. I am willing to pay for the input of any individual with good knowledge of global rates who can assist in this benchmarking exercise. Please PM me if you think you can help.
