R22 Hours Building (preferably SW of London)

Evening all,

Does anyone have any suggestions for good value self hire of an R22 for hours building? The obvious route is through a school, and I expect I'll be paying £200+VAT an hour, but wondered if anyone had found any alternatives?

I need about 40 hours, and whilst it would be useful for it to be out to the South West of London, all options will be considered!

Look forward to any advice.

Elite/Pheonix at Goodwood.
Advance at Shoreham
LHC at Redhill

Sure that all of the above are still offering SFH in the R22.

Have fun and fly safe

Thanks for all the suggestions, I am in the process of checking them out and choosing one!

I would like to do some longer trips, rather than just buzzing around the local area, and wondered if there were any other girls/guys building on the R22 who might be interested in some shared cost trips?

It would be great to have a fellow pilot in the LHS during my PIC parts of the trip to keep an eye on my parameters, and share some tips! Plus it would make going on a longer trip more financially viable, and would give me more confidence to tackle more complicated airspace etc.
