Guys sorry for the rush. B212 TR question. Counter weight link. Outboard. Should the head or nut be in the direction of rotation? I need references please. Thanks in advance

I'll try and scan and upload it tomorrow at the office, but basically it tells you to install that bolt with the head opposite to direction of rotation.
