ec120 hotstart help/advise wanted

We have a dispute with TurboM. about a < 4 sec overtemp on a 3 digit VEMD.
First inspection shows no damage due to overtemp, second report gives damage to first sector of HP ring. ( They are using an other material nowadays). We have the feeling that .....

p.s is a 4digit VEMD mandatory?

We had a hot start on an EC-120 due to low battery voltage and the Turbomeca guys said that due to the ceramic coating on the turbine blades they weren't able to tell if they had been heat stressed so replaced them all. Very expensive decision..

We have seen a 2F with +1200C for 10 seconds and was returned to service by TM without any replacements.
