When your winch doesn't work!
Q: What do you do when your winch doesn't work?
A: Get very low!
A note from the video comments states that this was taken during the flooding in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 2010 which means this must have been posted previously but .. I cannot find where!

No doubt one ppruner of this parish in particular, will pipe up and say that they should have waited until that certain ppruner came along and parted the waters for them, in order for the rescue to be undertaken in a safe and orderly manner !

Good training video.
Especially where it will give others an idea how to assess the risks involved.
Make up your own mind about all the loose crap in the downwash! Could all so easily ended up parked with the trucks!
On the day, at the time and place, I know it is different but U Toob gives us 20/20 hindsight googles now!
No doubt SMS and risk assessment folks will be drowning in their own drool over this! And the insurers would be suffering a mild case of apoplexy!
I think the level was at "suck it and see".
Bet a pound of butter to a knob of goat dung the drivers where ex bush jockeys.
