As I understand it, most helicopter pilots have no problem with going down - its just that in the military they insist on having another man guide you and, as you can appreciate, that makes some of us feel a little awkward.

I was discussing this with another Capt 139 today as we were going around the traps
the lack of experience coming out of the milt to civy street and going from where everyone wipes your ass to you having to do it yourself.
they cant do it so the rules get changed so they fit in
disaster
