Helpicopter operations! Help!

I am considering operating a helicopter part 135 in the USA.Does anyone know anything I need to be particularly careful about when operating part 135. Some reg can be tricky.

All help is welcomed even if its not particularly US relevant.

Here ya go:

Read all of "Current CFR by Part" specifically Part 119 AND Part 135:

FAA Regulations

BTW If you do not already have a Part 135 certificate, it is a two year application process.
