S76 VP - BIR

I was strolling around the port in Monaco today when I noticed a rather fancy toy with an S76 perched on the back.

Just curious to know who is the lucky owner and do they need any more drivers?

I believe the owner is from the Arabian peninsula. The drivers are provided by Signature from Blackbushe and this S76 visits there for maintenance occasionally.
