Intercepted two R44 with hachís in Spain

This week two R44 were intercepted by Guardia Civil´s helicopters near Sevilla. One with the hachís inside yet (300kg) and the other empty. One pilot was arrested and the other escaped.

This seems to become popular. Wasn`t there something similar going on about a year ago? I remember that a German pilot was involved. Does anybody know what sentence he was facing?

Using the R44 put the cargo in plain view, they should have squirrelled it away.

Perfectly innocent - he was too scared to fly the robbie unless he took a little hash to settle his nerves. That load was just enough to last a one hour flight.
