Anyone able to recommend EC-120 Type Rating Training Provider?

Hi,
Helping out a friend who has let his EC-120 Type Rating lapse on his UK National Licence. It's out a few years so he knows he'll have to do it again despite having alot of time on type.

Can anyone recommend somewhere in the UK straightforward and efficient to get it done and tick the box?

I just read CAP 804 and found FCL.740 and it seems that there is no time limit on a lapsed type rating that requires you to resit the full type rating course. It simply requires refresher training and the proficiency check.

Still - would be nice to get an instructor/examiner recommendation to to the training. The EC-120 itself is no problem once it gets back from annual.

If you want an examiner, Giles Dumper at LHC, Redhill

Either Geoff Connolly of Flight Experimentations or Giles at LHC at Redhill, both top blokes , know the EC120 well and are both examiners.

A quick Google will find either of them.

More support

Geoff and Giles are excellent. So too is Chris Wray, and of course Ken, both at EBG Helis.
