New R-22 with landing gear

New project still under development. As it seems not retractable yet.

Can you believe it? I would go for Max. VLO 5Kt or just none at all

To cheer up after the crazy London accident (my condolences) lets have a fun post

Safest R22 I've ever seen, so long as you leave it wrapped up.

Devil Crapinson Flimsicopter

safest way to have 'em No point attaching the blades, they soon fail anyway, leave on the training baby wheels then push it around the tarmac, hey that's sounds like safe fun

I like the extra dorsal fin and stabiliser too - Keeps it even safer.

Just like Wine

A bit heavy on the "palate" but should travel well.

Memories

That is actually my old helicopter G-BVGS and me training with instructor Frank Noakes. I don't recall that modification at the time, mind you it was a long time ago! Hover practice at Glenrothes, Fife. Those were the days. Hope they got an STC for the mod!
