New maintenance set up at Denham
I hear a new maintenance company is being set up in Denham, whats the story.
Me thinks that it may well be related to those nice people with the Part 21 design company based on an industrial estate near Uxbridge.
I wonder what their Business Plan looks like? Basic overhead of some £3,000 per week just for rent / rates, no Part 145, no staff (maybe some will come from the ashes of PremiAir) and no obvious maintenance customers....

I heard it was just maintenance but having a part 21 tie up could make sense if they are looking for the one stop shop scenario and the current situation at Premiair could provide the engineers and licence coverage almost overnight. it could be a win win solution for all those premiair customers looking for an exit

Of course Gama at Fairoaks already offer Part 145 and 21J/G so can already support Premiair customers who need a bit of certainty about maintenance or modifications.
