CIMA
It is the old spanish name for the medical-aeronautical center that issued the class 1. It comes from the days when there were only military pilots and the center was part of the no longer existing air-force hospital. Until recent years it was the only place to get the initial class 1. Nowadays there are private hospitals that issue it but since 90% + of civil and 100% military got it there the name is still used it
