could anybody please direct me to a Bell 206 (any type) standard parts catalog where you get the exploded diagrams showing all the parts with a corresponding number?

Unfortunately Oli, you will most likely need to purchase the Illustrated Parts Catalogue from Bell Helicopters or visit their website bellhelicopter.net and ask if you can get access, normally this is for owners/maintainers with an aircraft serial number, but you never know.
