UH1 Dry Lease Cost

Hi all,

Can anyone please give me an indication of what the hourly rate (dry lease) a UH1 goes out for? In particular, in North America or Africa, in the utility/fire fighting roles? Very rough figures are fine.

Many thanks,

SBW

Too many "if, ands or buts" to answer the question.

There are many factors involved like how many hours per month etc..... as a rough guide, mine will NOT got out dry, but wet with a pilot and crew etc.... I am looking for ball park $2,500 per hour. This number will go up or down depending upon:

1. Am I operating in a remote area and need to provide a fuel truck. (I need to factor in mileage, driver costs, cost of fuel...etc).
2. How many hours a day am I expected to fly. (One hour per day, but need to pay a pilot for 12 hour standby gets expensive).
3. How many days---relief costs after 12 days etc.

I have more than one at my disposal......pm me if you are looking to do a project and I can maybe help.
