Garmin 495 question

I have a company issued 495 but it will not display user waypoints unless you zoom in to the 3nm range. How do I make the Nav display show user waypoints on the map at a scale above 3nm?

Hi

You will have to enter the map 'set up' area and change the zoom from 3nm to either Auto or the setting you prefer.

I have it set on 20, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Will change to auto and see how that goes...Thanks
