China: CASA CPL Theory Exam - English

Hello,
I am currently employed in China within the Helicopter division of an Airline. FAA CFI and CAAC Verified CPL(H).

Now looking to get full Commercial License in China. Has anyone on the board sat the CAAC Commercial Theory Exam in English. I know the ATPL is in English but we are struggling to find someone at CAAC who knows if Commercial in English is available in this region also (I have read here that it has been done but was a few years ago).

Hope i can get some leads before i dive into the ATPL books
