Security clearance is SUSPENDED due to a situation in the parent company that is TOTALLY UNRELATED to the operations of the helicopter branch.
Just like an issue with Gulf Drilling Co or Koots insurance affecting Gulf Heli's.
The insinuation did appear from your post that Global Vectra Helicorp(the helicopter branch) had misbehaved in some way. Not accurate at all.

If their AGM ended-up like some sessions of the Italian Parliament .. then I sympathise!
In a short but telling update on the Bombay Stock Exchange website under the title of "Adjournment of AGM" the following appeared:
Global Vectra Helicorp Ltd has informed BSE that the 15th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company which was held on September 27, 2013 had to be adjourned due to the disorderly behavior of the members where in it become impossible to conduct the proceedings of the meeting and complete the same.
