Grrr Thread scheduled for deletion....thanks admin

Morning Fareastdriver.....After so many posts of the same Moontains from 5,000,000 dangles, I felt some refreshments in the form of change was greatly overdue & needed, to inject some fun here. But someone up there wants to control the content I post here
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
G'day Old Farang......Yes Your right; my true profession is 'Tractor Operator - SemiSkilled' spend a lot of coin buying pictures from that Steven bloke
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Grand day to You nbl & fleigle.......Thanks Gents, hmmm I was booted form the Rotorheads Around the World (incl 'Views from the Cockpit') thread for too many posts & this one was launched for me to post on. Which I've been doing for a 7years now. I'd assumed I could post about bikes, yoga, cars, girls, family, selfies, boats, broken bones, food, dogs, scenery & even helicopters. Sadly however this thread is being more & more aggressively vetted & hijacked to someones personal ideals. Nothing to do with PC, nudity nor porn, nothing in the PPRUNE rules state what topics or pictures can be posted, adverts excluded? Even other contributors posts are being systematically removed without reasons or any justification being given. Last few days over a dozen posts of others & mine where deleted? Again no reasons given, BOOM just gone! So it seems pointless to continue. Might as well delete the lot to appease the wrath of some admin up there in God's chair

It's been fun & I've truly appreciated the comments & the following. It's been an amazingly wonderful experience to express myself here, but with the aggressive indiscriminate removal of other members posts & mine for zero reason or justification feels like a prison is upon us here, trying to control everything we think, say, do or post, manipulating our every actions..no thank You. Rather spend time doing other things than have my posts covertly removed for 'their' amusement?

Start your own website VF.

Then you can control what is going on.

All the best,

VF keep posting but maybe we should check if it's a technical problem that pulls the posts. However, if not then PPRUNE has lost the plot. Let's face it, helicopters can be a bit boring. What makes this thread such fun is the variety and your personality which shines through your electric postings.

If PP Towers is trying to destroy this thread then they are just plain stupid. Advertising sales come from people visiting PPRUNE. Your thread helps enormously to bring in the punters.

Come PP management. Show some intelligence and support. You have no idea the frustration and negative impact arbitrary post deletions cause.

VF don't give up yet. Your thread is the ONLY reason I visit PP everyday.

I am outraged! This thread is full of pictures of dangerous things:

How can the mods possibly allow pictures of:

Food that is burnt - this is known to be carcinogenic?
Animals - they could bite?
Mountains - very dangerous places?
Flying in marginal weather - utterly irresponsible, it might encourage any low-hour PPL to attempt that?
Parking helicopters on the edge of high cliffs - what if they fall off?
Motorbikes - very dangerous machines, they kill 10,000s every year?
Puppies - they come with their own set of problems and could even smother you?

Some of the food looked as though it might even have been pulled straight from the ground instead of being wrapped and hermetically sealed in polythene wrap like the big supermarkets do - how could you possibly know it wasn't past its best before date? You damned risk taker! How dare you entice others to follow your crazy, foolhardy ways?

VF, please would you confine yourself to showing only safe pictures, maybe sub 1,000' altitude with sufficient density altitude to give decent safety margins, nothing less than full VMC, no dangerous mountains, no ghastly motorbikes, no puppies and no birds - they could cause rotor strikes!

All food should be consumed before the stamped use-by date and packaging should be carefully checked for damage before unwrapping. Any burnt bits should be discarded and put in your plastic recycling bin as required by the council.

Oh, and when you park your chopper, please put the tail over the ground, NOT hanging out over the cliff - what if it needs maintenance, you'd never be able to reach it - you hadn't thought of THAT, had you? Just sayin!

Don't worry Rotorhead PPPruners. I take the liberty to share with you some Intel. VF is in an oxygen rich environment at the moment and is probably not thinking straight....just wait 'till he gets back above 20,000' and all should return to normal. Hopefully.

It is high time that the Mod Central asked him to return. He has an enormous trove of fascinating stuff that would make a welcome break from Nepal and vegetarianism .......................

Make up your mind, sweety pie. And maybe get your facts straight? Savoia wasn't sacked, run off nor banned, he left of his own accord after being held responsible for outing another member who cancelled his account over the outing for which Savoia got a paltry week off.

It's a shame the same nonsense is going on here because a moderator or two have done their unpaid job and deleted a couple of posts. So what? Other forums here have far, far more severe moderating and seem to survive without the 'poor me' wailing going on here.

Let's get back to VF posting good stuff on Nepal
