VF, that shot of Lukla has me wondering how much rain or snow-melt comes down those valleys that empty straight into the village? From thousands of feet up, a mudslide would do a lot of damage.

I think you’re right, it looks to me like the village is built on material already eroded via that valley. Similar to Australian towns built on the river flats, then everyone is surprised when it floods!

Aaarhg heliduck...Exakery & come-on Mate it's just a bitta wiring....can't be worse than another popular brand with 3 hinges on a 2 bladed head (WTF) on the market that some folks worship
