Will be used for hours building although my time up to now has been on Robinson R22s and when finish i will sell it on say in 6 months later . Ouch. How much of that premium goes to hull and how much to liability and 3rd party?

Depends on hull value and also if you include betterment on the policy. For a nice FX that is worth around £100K expect a premium of around £9-10K per annum.

I was in a group owned F28F worth about £100k. premium for any pilot was £9,000. Call Haywards, they have most of the UK market. 0207-902-7800.
