Thorpe Marsh VRP disappearing ..........

I live quite local and I've been watching everyday on my way to work, hoping to catch a picture of the towers coming down...
Then last Sunday morning at 7.00am they pulled the first one down.....
Cheese grated it with a 100mm wire rope then it just falls in on itself this is what's left....

So five Sundays time....... VRP gone, unless you know where it was of course.....

Anyhow ATC wasn't aware that the VRP was to disappear..... So don't be surprised when you are looking for it and it's not there on route...

Nelly,

That must have been the biggest Cheese wire ever and an even bigger hand to pull it

Pull it round with a larger than average digger,
And the thing just falls in on itself leaving very little rubble , as it disintegrates.....
Maybe next Sunday I will catch the actual filling although maybe not as it's Easter Sunday,

But the firm doing the demolition are saying very little to anyone,
Maybe that's incase it doesn't go as planned ?????

Anyhow VIP still to disappear
