Robinson inadvertently banned from CAT in Europe?

The commercial Helicopter Regulations are now in force. EASA wrote these including a requirement that helicopters used for CAT commercial air transport (what we call public transport here in UK) have "crew seats equipped with an Upper Torso Restraint (UTR) system having two shoulder straps and a seat belt that may be used independently.

Robinson machines come as standard with a diagonal lap strap.

Are they now banned from CAT?
Are there many machines now undergoing modification for the front right seat belt?

But they can be retrofitted with 4point harnesses (at more expense for robbo owners)

I suppose the new blades, sprag clutch, corrosion, bladder tanks AND the harnesses could all be done at once though...!
