Hangarage - Southern England

I'm looking for hangarage (for an Enstrom) within striking distance of Salisbury/Shaftesbury. Any suggestions?
No need to suggest Old Sarum, Compton Abbas or Henstridge as I know the situation at those places.

Try Thruxton, Fast has gone under there, dunno if their hangar is available but might be worth a try.

Best Wishes

Hangarage

What's the situation at Henstridge then?

I thought hangarage was available there and seeing as you have a helicopter I am sure Vanguard Helicopters could help.

Not much else in and around that area unfortunately.

Good luck.

Fast never had a Hangar at Thruxton, we rented a small area from Inaer.

There is talk that there may be new hangars built now that Heliair have set up shop there, but at the moment Hangar space for helis at Thruxton is very, very slim.

Hangarage.

For many years hangarage has seemed to be hard come by in many areas especially in the South. Is it cost, availability or both?

I suppose a three or more bladed helicopter would attract a £300/£350 per month bill???

Always seemed daft to me that an owner of a £2/3/ 400,000 or more helicopter has grumbled at paying more than £300 per month to hangar it.

I suppose that's aviation for you.

I might know of something on a strip, what facilities do you need - if any?
