"First solo ends in crash (Egelsbach, Germany)-

The 42 year-old student was supposed to practice takeoffs and landings, while her instructor remained on the ground, talking to her via radio, said a police spokesman. The helicopter suddenly tipped on its side, and the rotor blades contacted the ground. The pilot was able to climb out on her own, [...] she was taken to hospital with minor injuries and suffered a shock. [...] the Bundesstelle für Flugunfalluntersuchung (BFU) is investigating".
