Or you could try Heli-Austria (formerly Knaus Helicopter).

Roy Knaus runs the outfit

Ländle Heli ABC GmbH in Hard, Österreich

Ländle Heli ABC GmbH in Hard, Österreich

They're the biggest around with a mixed fleet of AS350B3, sole Bell 204 Super Lifter, Bell 412 MD900s (one of which is ex Korean Air ) for HEMS, AS355, for HEMS and a BO105.

Or try the Heli Service Salzburg, (I did know the second in command as she was also a A&E doctor with ppl-h but now is flight isntructor and also the company's Quality Manager)

Heliservice - Salzburg

They have like any FTO, the mix bag of R22, R44, Bell 206.

Also if you're well experienced in HEMS ops then try

Schider Helicopter Service (website run by my late friend whose police EC135 he was flying crashed earlier this year into a lake)

Cheers
