How to convert JAR CPL(H) to FAA CPL(H)

Please assist on easiest way to convert my JAR licence to FAA
Exact procedures

Current experience is 460 hours total flight experience
340hrs on AW139
120 hrs on Bell 206

Start here:

Airmen Certification - Verify the Authenticity of a Foreign License, Rating, or Medical Certification

Once that is done make sure you that you meet the requirements for a commercial certificate listed here:

Electronic Code of Federal Regulations:

and Bingo!! commercial certificate in your pocket.

As a side note the required training can be conducted by a non FAA certificated instructor but the last 3 hours and the endorsement for the check ride has to be done by an FAA instructor.
