Agusta 139 incident off Brazil

Hi...I am a fixed wing pilot and work offshore on oil installations in the Campos Basin, Brazil as a Safety Officer. 3 weeks ago there was a tragic incident when a Augusta 139 crashed into the sea. I am looking for as much information regarding this accident to do a safety meeting to the crew who have to fly this route to get to work. If anyone knows or has any information it would be gladly received. Thank youi
