Helicopter Certification!
If a helicopter is certified outside the uk but not in the uk can you legally fly it in the uk under the registration of the certifying country?

I believe as long as it is certified and not an experimental or home built kit then yeah that is how the R66 is flying around at the moment in the UK unless it has it's EASA approval now.

As far as airworthiness is considered, if it's certified and has a certificate of Airworthiness, then it's capable of being flown.

Unless things have changed, it is quite allowable to fly an FAA X-Ticket machine in other contries. Best to have all of your supporting paperwork, insurances etc in place, and up front coordination is a good idea as well.
