No need for it. Larger aircraft, with 10 or more seats, must have 2 pilots regardless of IFR/VFR. They're the only ones certified for IFR. Small ships have no stability augmentation and no aux generator, so they aren't IFR capable. It would cost more than it's worth to get them certified. Part 135 is much more conservative than Part 91.
