Two questions for commercial pilots

1. What permission is needed to land on 'Common Land'?

2. Rough guess at the cost for 3 passengers to be collected from 10 minutes flying time from Redhill, to another point another 10 minutes further away? (Three landings and 40 minutes total).

Ta.

Best you contact one of the commercial helicopter teams working out of Redhill. They will give you a quote for your trip.

I would hazard a rough guess that a charter heli would be anywhere from £700 per hour (r44?) to £1,200 per hour (AS355) - although they are very rough guesses.

R44 is more like £500/hr.
