Wind shear
Hello to all in the rotary community.
I look specifically for wind-shear bibliography related to helicopters. I only found the AC 0054 issued by the FAA, and the AC mostly talks about fixed wings. Is there anybody out there with some info regarding wind-shear and helicopter operations?
